5.3 Bonus Abuse Prohibited

Deliberately placing bets to abuse the bonus system, claiming bonuses using multiple accounts, or playing strategically to avoid bonus conditions is strictly prohibited. If any such activity is detected, the bonus will be cancelled and the account may be suspended.

5.4 VIP Program

6. Gaming Policy

6.1 Betting Policy

6.2 Finality of Bets

A bet once confirmed cannot be cancelled or changed. If a bet fails to process or is delayed due to a technical error, that bet will be considered void and the stake will be returned.

6.3 Match Cancellation or Postponement

If a sports event is cancelled or postponed, the stakes for all bets on that event will be returned. For live betting, the results of bets settled from the start of the event up to the point of cancellation or postponement will remain valid.
